Site work and paving for a civil project in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all piping, fittings, valves, concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the following work in the City of Irving: 1.) Construct a new 2.5 million gallon composite elevated storage tank near the existing Esters Road elevated storage tank. 2.) Install piping connections, paving, new perimeter fence with access gate and other site work needed to complete the new Esters Road elevated storage tank. Demolish the existing Esters Road storage tank and remove and dispose of all demolition materials. 3.) Install new concrete paving with parking striping at the site of the existing Esters Road elevated storage tank. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
