Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,191-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

A. Work Restrictions, General: Comply with restrictions on construction operations. 1. Comply with limitations on use of public streets and with other requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. B. On-Site Work Hours: No work restrictions. Contractor can work at any hour during the schedule shown in the Special Conditions. C. Existing Utility Interruptions: Do not interrupt utilities serving facilities occupied by Owner or others unless permitted under the following conditions and then only after providing temporary utility services according to requirements indicated: 1. Notify Owner not less than two days in advance of proposed utility interruptions. 2. Obtain Owner's written permission before proceeding with utility interruptions. D. Restricted Substances: Use of tobacco products and other controlled substances on Project sites is not permitted. The project entails an addition to the existing Animal Control Facility owned by the City of Gillette. All questions shall be addressed to Arete Design Group, 228 E.
