Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of August 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project includes single-ply membrane assembly replacing the existing assembly with an EPDM membrane assembly of approximately 52,930 SF of roof. This will include all new flashings, edge metal and other roof related accessories such as pipe penetrations and roof curbs for mechanical equipment.
