Benzie County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform exterior residing services on an existing pole barn located at the Benzie County Government Center. The objective is to improve the durability, appearance, and weather resistance of the building. Proposed Work: Complete removal of existing siding and installation of new siding 2 Service Doors and One Garage Door The selected contractor will be responsible for: o Conducting an initial site inspection o Removing existing siding material o Disposing of all demolition waste o Installing new siding, trim, and any necessary underlayment or vapor barriers o Ensuring weather-tight finishes o Performing final cleanup of the job site o Possible ground excavation around barn o Installing service doors/Garage door Question Deadline 06/19/2025 Any questions regarding this request for proposal shall be submitted in writing to the County Administrator.
