Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 11th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The proposals are for equipment and professional services required to: Electronic Access Control (EAC) at the BOPU facilities listed in this RFP document. Currently, access control to BOPU facilities is largely achieved through the use of mechanical locks and keys. There is limited use of EAC using alpha-numeric keypads within the Administration Building. BOPU desires to improve the overall safety and security of their facilities through the use of EAC. Through this project, the implementation of EAC will significantly enhance security, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with security standards. Through careful planning and execution, the organization will achieve a safer and more efficient access control mechanism.
