Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Description: Installation of a 52' x 46' Pump Station Building, site grading, site utilities, crushed stone surfacing, drive and street approaches, asphalt patching and paving, fencing and rolling gate system, and all required concrete pads for the pump station and back-up generator. Contractor shall furnish and install the pump system, all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, building finishes and SCADA & telemetry equipment. Additional Description: Questions relating to the bid invitation will be received until July 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and all questions related to the bid shall be submitted through the QuestCDN project site. PROJECT SITE Located at Lot 1, Block 1, Bison Business Park 5thfiling at the southwest corner of the intersection of E Dayshia Ln & Loving Trl. All work is withing the City of Cheyenne. Pre-Bid Meeting :- A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the AVI office, 1103 Old Town Ln, Ste 101, Cheyenne, WY, 82009. Prospective bidders may also attend virtually via Microsoft Teams. Questions relating to the bid invitation will be received until July 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and all questions related to the bid shall be submitted through the QuestCDN project site. All work under this contract shall be completed no later than August 31, 2026
