WORK SUMMARY Work will involve safeguarding hazardous mine features with designed closure methods. 5 adits and 13 shafts will be safeguarded. Closure methods include backfills, polyurethane foam plugs (PUF), steel grates, and corrugated steel pipes. PROJECT DATES The project is scheduled for construction between August 1st, 2025 and September 24th, 2025. This includes ten (10) days mobilization time. These dates are tentative and may change. All work must be completed by September 25th, 2025. TIME OF COMPLETION The time of completion allowed for the project is 54 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This includes ten (10) days mobilization time. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The liquidated damages for this project will be $400.00 per day. Rejection of Proposals. Pursuant to Procurement Rule 24-103-301 C.R.S., the State of Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this DQ, or to cancel this DQ if it is in the best interest of the State to do so. Failure to furnish all information, or to follow the proposal format set forth in this DQ, may act to disqualify the proposal. It is the sole responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that the proposal is signed and all required information is included.
