The Town of South Hampton, N.H. wishes to create a list of vendors that can perform various jobs, improvements, or duties to/on town roads for summer maintenance. The Town of South Hampton has 8.2 centerline miles of road that needs summer maintenance of various services. Please refer to the following list of jobs and services available for bid individually or as a whole package. Include the following: Provide a breakdown of all service rates for every item you seek to bid on. Provide a list of equipment, materials, and labor that is intended to be used. Include the pricing for each separate unit by the hour for all services you wish to render to the Town of South Hampton. Include any minimum charges as well for the said services. List of Services Needed Misc Brush Cutting, Fallen Limb Cutting, Roadside Trimming After Hours Emergency Issues, Tree Cleanup, ETC. Roadside Swale, Culvert, Maintenance and Cleaning Removal and Disposal of Roadkill Cleanup of Litter, Waste Items, and Other Debris Dumped Roadside or on Town Owned Property and Taken to Appropriate Disposal Location Line Painting Sign Instillation and/or Maintenance Weather & Special Event Response Roadside and Intersection Grass Mowing Asphalt Repair (Grinding and Patching or Pothole Repair) Shoulder Gravel Shimming to Back Up Asphalt Edge All approved bidders shall carry a minimum Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000 aggregate. Bidder shall also supply the Town of South Hampton with a current Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of South Hampton as an additional insured.
