Advertisement for Bids the City of La Grande Invites Competitive Bids for the Installation of Pedestrian Infrastructure Along One of the City's Identified "Suggested Routes." the Project Will Consist of Installing Approximately 11,875 Square Feet (Sf) of 4" Sidewalk, 3,995 Square Feet (Sf) of 6" Sidewalk, 700 Lineal Feet of Type C Curb, and Sixty-four (64) Standard 5' Wide Ada Ramps. Work Performed Under This Contract May Be Added or Subtracted Based on the Successful Bidder's Unit Prices and Available Budget Funds. This Project Will Be Subject to Ors 279c.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates). The Contract Time for All Work Shall Be 60 Calendar Days, and is to Be Completed During the 2025 Calendar Year. The City of La Grande May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Requirements Listed in the Contract Documents, and May Reject for Good Cause Any and All Bids Upon Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
