Questions Due Date: Jun 4th 2025, 10:00 AM EDT Online Portal Contact Information: Christie Allen, christie.allen@cobbk12.org The Cobb County School District (CCSD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide window cleaning services for various CCSD facilities on an as needed basis. CCSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities or informalities. SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Window cleaning schedules are determined by the CCSD Maintenance Department upon available funds for this purpose. Most cleaning is performed during the summer months, prior to the start of the school year, which is generally the first or second week of August. Cleaning may also be scheduled during the winter holiday season and spring break, or as required throughout the school year. 2.2 Services shall be performed Monday through Friday during daylight hours, normally between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the CCSD. The CCSD Maintenance Department will schedule and verify work to be performed with an expected 24-hour response time from the awarded vendor. 2.3 Vendor must furnish all equipment and supplies necessary to perform the window cleaning services as specified. The cost of all equipment and supplies must be included in the hourly rate submitted on the Bid Form (Attachment A). All equipment and supplies used must be suitable for completing all tasks in accordance with the given specifications. 2.4 Vendor must provide qualified workers to perform all the services requested under the terms and conditions stated in this solicitation.
