The purpose of this Amendment is to change the Proposal due date from 14 Aug 2025 to 21 August 2025. See attached Amendment 0001 for details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals, and services as required to perform and provide INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING in strict accordance with the contract specifications and requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The site of work is at Eglin AFB, Florida, and surrounding ranges. See schedule. Pursuant to FAR 15.204-1, Schedule is defined as Sections A through H. Offeror is required to complete and return SF 1442 Section B through Section K. See Section L for specific instructions. NAICS: 238320 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, small business size standard is $19M This acquisition will be conducted using 8(a) set-aside. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00; the magnitude of construction of individual task orders issued hereunder are between $1,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Site visits will be conducted on individual task orders after award. Faxed or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted. The bid guarantee has been waived and is not required for this acquisition. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 1825 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
