Multiple (5) air conditioning units are currently not working and need repair before more of the units fail due to strain. At a minimum, the Contractor shall accomplish the requirements of this order through fulfilling the following specifications: Replace the evaporator coils on unit A, H, G and F. Replace the compressor on unit G, and replace the condensing fan motor for unit J. Pull units A, F, H, and G into a vacuum, and charge according per manufacturers specifications..
