Renovation of a multi-residential development in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Gifford and Stanton Tower Security Camera Project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft on a solvent Nebraska bank insured by FDIC, or a bid bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price. The contractor will also be required to furnish a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price, effective for one (1) year past the completion of the project. Before final payment is made, the contractor must provide a clearance letter from the Nebraska Department of Labor, certifying all contributions due under the Nebraska Employment Security Law have been paid. The bid security shall guarantee the bidder's good faith to enter into the contract within sixty (60) days at the bid price if accepted. Any proposal received without bid security will not be considered. Bid security for the successful bidder will be returned upon contract execution and approval. Bid securities for unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon rejection. The Fremont Housing Authority reserves the right to: Accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interests of the Authority, whether or not it is the lowest bid, Reject any or all bids, Waive any informalities in the bidding process. The successful bidder will be required to submit an Affirmative Action Statement and Program within ten (10) days after award notification. Failure to submit this documentation may result in forfeiture of the bid security. Fremont Housing Authority (FHA) seeks proposals from qualified security contractors to furnish and install a comprehensive, audio-capable security camera system at Gifford and Stanton Towers to enhance resident safety and monitoring of public areas.
