Sealed bids for RFQ for East Drinking Water System Tower The City of Osage Beach is seeking qualifications from firms to assist the City of Osage Beach with the engineering services of conducting a location study and design of a new elevated storage tank with a holding capacity of 1,500,000 gallons for the East side drinking water utility. Additionally, conducting a location study and design of a new 600 gpm production well for the drinking water utility. All work shall be performed under a single contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and to award the bid on that basis. All Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the OWNER for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejection, nor shall the Bidder seek any recourse of any kind against the OWNER because of such rejection. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
