Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Osage Beach, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Estimated construction cost is $280,000. This project consists of mechanical rehabilitation of Lift Station 30-05 and relocation of the existing gravity sewer main. The demolition of the existing features including removal of pumps, piping, base elbows, guide rails, and floats from the wet well; removal of piping, check valves and gate valves from the valve vault. New improvements include installation of pumps, base elbows, guide rails, piping, floats, and associated parts in the wet well; installation of piping, check valves and plug valves in the valve vault. Relocation of the existing gravity sewer main includes abandonment of the existing manholes and removal of site improvements as indicated on the plans. Improvements include construction of 8-inch and 10-inch SOR 35 gravity sewer main, manholes, pavement repair and site restoration. The project includes any other items described in the project manual or inferable there from. All disputes under this contract and any litigation resulting under this contract shall be filed, tried, remain and be ultimately resolved in the Circuit Court of Camden or Miller County on any appeal therefrom within the courts of the State of Missouri. The contractor hereby knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily agrees and waives any and all removal rights to federal court or the right to litigate the claim or any part thereof in courts of any other state for any reason.
