The salt storage building is located at the Osage Beach Public Works facility at 5757 Chapel Dr. Osage Beach, MO 65065. The project will consist of the following: o Inspection of existing structure o Recommend 3 alternate proposals for the structural issues with the roof o Preparation of Preliminary Estimates for each proposal o Contract plans and specifications o Contract documents o Assist with bidding process The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
