Site work for a water / sewer project in Osage Beach, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this contract includes removal of the existing coating, interior painting of the wet areas and dry coating of the fill and discharge pipes for the Passover Water Tower. Removal work shall include abrasive blasting per the specifications. Paint of the wet areas per the specified coating system. Coating of the dry fill and discharge lines per the specified coating system. Disinfection of the tank. Additionally, the removal of the existing expansion coupling and installation of a new expansion coupling on the fill and discharge piping. Work shall include any other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a bid. This project includes an alternate to abrasive blast the dry riser per the specifications. Paint the dry riser, not including the fill and discharge pipe (part of the base bid), per the specified coating system. All disputes under this contract and any litigation resulting under this contract shall be filed, tried, remain and be ultimately resolved in the Circuit Court of Camden or Miller County on any appeal therefrom within the courts of the State of Missouri. The contractor hereby knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily agrees and waives any and all removal rights to federal court or the right to litigate the claim or any part thereof in courts of any other state for any reason.
