Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $4,731,145.20 to $3,910,215.90, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. NOTE: REQUESTS FOR INFORMTION (RFIs) WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UP TO 5 PM ON June 30, 2025. ANY RFI RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE MAY BE REJECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. Scope of Work - The Project consists of the furnishing and installing of 6,755 LF of 20-inch, 12-inch 8-inch, 6-inch and 4-inch DIP, fittings, and valves for watermains. Also, the furnishing and installing 7,549 LF of 10-inch and 8-inch PVC C900 pipe of gravity sewer line and 2,550 LF of 6-inch pipe and fittings for cleanouts and lateral. Location - Along NW 79 Terrace to NW 75 Street from NW 27 Avenue to NW 22 Avenue, along with work on side streets *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
