Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Wilson, North Carolina. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

At the sole discretion of the City, one or more consultants may be selected and awarded contracts under this RFQ. Projects will be assigned based on staff needs and how consultant's abilities fit with the project needs. Project matching will be performed by staff. The on-call lists generated by this request shall be in place for three years. The City will have the option to renew any on-call firm selected for an additional year, two times making the contract a maximum a total of five years. The initial request shall be in place until July 1, 2028, and can be yearly extended twice for a final date of July 1, 2030. During this period the City reserves the right to bypass the list and advertise for engineering services when it is in the best interests of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest. Any requirements in the RFQ that cannot be met must be indicated in the proposal. Proposers must respond to the entire Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Any incomplete proposal may be eliminated from competition at the discretion of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
