SEALED BIDS for the scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the following contract: Building Construction including, but not limited miscellaneous demolition and removals, 2,116 SF building addition, and park improvements to include parking, sidewalks, gazebo, etc. Bidders must be properly licensed according to the General Statues of the State of North Carolina. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 5% BID SECURITY. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
