Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilson, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project entails the complete replacement of the existing roof system on the Wilson County Tax Office building. The current roofing has deteriorated over time and exhibits signs of wear that compromise its ability to provide adequate protection against weather-related elements. The project will include removal of the existing roofing materials, repair of any underlying structural issues, and installation of a new, durable, and energy-efficient roofing system designed to meet modern standards and extend the life of the building. As of August 28 ,2025 ,This project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
