Reference Number 0000389604 The Clinton Township Housing Commission (CTHC) is requesting proposals from qualified roofing contractors or inspection firms to conduct a comprehensive inspection and condition assessment of 43 roofs located within our community at: Clinton Township Housing Commission 34947 Village Road Clinton Township, MI 48035 Performing a full visual and structural inspection of 43 roofs across the CTHC community. Providing a condition rating for each roof, clearly indicating its current status (e.g., Good, Fair, Poor or A-F formats). Estimating the expected remaining service life (in years) for each roof. Identifying and documenting any roofs in need of immediate repair or replacement. Submitting a prioritized list of roofs requiring urgent attention, along with cost estimates for the necessary repairs or replacements. (Optional but preferred) Providing photo documentation of each roof's condition.
