One (1) in which will be constructed adjacent to, but not touching and free standing to, the Western end of the maintenance garage and One (1) in which will be constructed across the drive from the location previously listed. These will be located at the Clinton Township Water and Sewer Department Maintenance Yard. General Description Site 1: Design, furnish, and install all necessary material for a (1) 130' L X 8' W X 10' H single sloped roof clear height carport with two (2) columns per bay, covering equipment and material storage area. This Site will require the structure to be self-supported and stand alone, not attached to, or touching the exiting garage brick. Site 2: Design, furnish, and install all necessary material for a (1) 130' L X 20' W X 10' H single sloped roof clear height carport with three (3) columns per bay, covering equipment parking spaces. 2. Carport Specifications Provide two sets of drawings (seal not required). Freight, footings, all steel frame, primed and painted columns/beams/fascia, 29ga. Roof panel (Autumn Red color). These sites will be graded and prepared to the carport supplier specifications by the Owner prior to installation. Provide warranty coverage for both materials and labor. 3.
