Site work for a civil project in Clinton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 3,570 lineal feet of 16-inch diameter HDPE force main, approximately 1,550 lineal feet of 18-inch diameter force main, air release valves, gate valves, cleanouts, connections to existing force main, appurtenances, associated removal and restoration, traffic maintenance and control, soil erosion and sedimentation control, and other miscellaneous work. Each Bid will be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Charter Township of East Bay as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. No further questions will be answered after this date and time. Charter Township of East Bay reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 90 days after date of receiving bids.
