The City of Watsonville Innovation & Technology Department is the central point of contact for audiovisual requests and coordination of standards for installation. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Question Response Deadline: June 11, 2025, 5:00pm Scope of Services Equipment Provision Furnish all necessary AV equipment, including but not limited to: o Projectors, screens, and displays o Audio systems (microphones, speakers, mixers) o Video equipment (switchers, scalers) o Lighting systems o Cabling, accessories, and power components Installation and Setup o Deliver and install AV equipment according to project specifications. o Ensure all installations meet safety, accessibility, and operational standards. o Conduct testing and quality assurance prior to use. Technical Operation o Provide qualified AV technicians for system operation during live events or presentations, as needed. o Monitor and adjust AV systems in real time for optimal performance. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintenance and Support o Provide ongoing maintenance of AV equipment, including cleaning, firmware updates, and diagnostics. o Offer timely repair or replacement services as necessary. o Maintain detailed service logs and inventory tracking. System Integration and Training (if applicable) o Integrate AV systems with existing infrastructure (e.g., network, video conferencing platforms). o Provide user training and operation manuals to designated personnel.
