This includes demolition, remodeling, shed installation, and site work with a contingency for cameras and fiber work. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bidders are required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed the District's goal. NICTD will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require.
