**As of August 12th, 2025, the project was awarded to Municipal Pipe Tool, with an awarded amount of $169,353.50.** Description: Major components of the Work include: Base Bid: o Approximately 3,815 LF 8" CIPP o Approximately 43 service reinstatements Alternate 1: o Approximately 43 each Injection Grouting of Service Connection o Approximately 215 gallons of chemical grout Alternate 2: o Approximately 43 each 3' T-Liner installation Alternate 3: o Approximately 43 each 35' T-Liner installation Site Directions: The work shall be constructed on US Hwy 3 between 1st St NE and 10th St NE in the east central part of the City, on US Hwy 3 between 2nd St NW and the railroad track in the west central part of the City and 8th St NE between 2nd Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue NE in the northeast part of the City. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2025 Doc notes: A refundable deposit of $150.00 will be required for paper copies of the Plans and Project Manual. In order to receive a refund, both Plans and Project Manual must be returned in complete and re-useable condition. In addition, they must be returned in said condition within fourteen days after award of the project. Failure to comply with any requirements will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
