Remodeling of a municipal facility in Goodland, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Northwest is requesting proposals for a remodel to the existing Digital Technology Building. The project scope of work includes remodeling two classrooms as part of a new childcare facility. The 1,800 square foot space will be transformed into the following: multi-purpose activity room, eating & napping areas, food preparation, restroom, storage, support spaces, and a play yard. Bid Proposals will be opened publicly at the above stated time. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, or other security in the amount of 5% (fi ve per cent) of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
