Renovation of a mixed-use development in Goodland, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and recreation facility.
Sherman County is accepting sealed bids for roof repairs at the Sherman County Fairgrounds and Health Department. Interested parties should submit sealed bids to 813 Broadway, Room 102 Goodland, KS 67735. Sherman County reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Health Remove existing shingles, Install 26-gauge standard color metal roof (color to be determined), New 26-gauge rake trim and drip edge. Re-use the existing gutters. Fairgrounds Cattle Barn: Removed damaged metal sheets. Replace 20 sheets on each side of the damaged area. (40 sheets total) (Gauge to match existingmetal sheets), New drip edge and ridge cap. (Gauge to match existing), Repair decking wood if necessary
