The Village of Santa Clara New Mexico is requesting competitive proposals for abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint in the Nurses Recreation Building (Building 59), Nurses Dormitory Building (Building 67), Head Nurses Residence (Building 70), Yucca Lodge (Building 149), and Fort Bayard Museum (Building 54) office building in Fort Bayard, Grant County, New Mexico. Village of Santa Clara reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety. Proposal Question Deadline June 20, 2025
