Sealed bids for Contract 2025-04 Park St. and E Vine St. Resurfacing Project The probable construction cost has been determined to be $421,215. Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code which shall be either a certified check payable to the City of Oberlin, or a bid bond satisfactory to the City, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the price bid. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All bids shall be signed and submitted on the forms bound in the contract documents. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Contract 2025-04 Park St. and E Vine St. Resurfacing Project Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be substantially completed no later than October 2, 2025. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.
