The estimated budget is $1,100,000. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Lorain County Metropolitan Park District intends to contract for professional design and build services in connection with designing, furnishing and installing a new HVAC unit for the swimming pool at Splash Zone, located in Oberlin, Ohio. Firms and/or Teams should also include key technical personnel, the technical expertise of current staff; experience in designing similar HVAC systems for large commercial/institutional swimming pools; availability of staff, equipment and facilities to perform all work; examples and references for any previous work performed on other projects, including the Lorain County Metropolitan Park District. Design/Builders are also required to submit an initial cost proposal to perform all design, engineering, demolition and installation of the new HVAC unit.
