Renovation of a medical facility in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,700-square-foot medical facility.
**As of October 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Exterior and interior alterations to the facility for the purposes of creating a multitenant business building. Alterations include architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any informalities.
