Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition Project . The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to completely demolish of such buildings specifically designated on the item list for removal. It shall include verification of disconnection of utilities, salvaging and disposing of the resultant materials in the manner and subject to the condition and regulations hereinafter prescribed. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served. Bid date notes: Envelopes must be plainly marked: Inquiry #2711, "Bids for Finance Director" Only one proposal may be submitted by each respondent unless there Are alternate bid specifications included in the proposal.
