The City of Simi Valley (City) Environmental Services Department is requesting proposals (Proposals) from Firms to provide Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Inspection Services for homes assisted by the City's Home Rehabilitation Program, on an as-needed basis. The proposed term of this Agreement shall be from the date this agreement is made and entered and set to terminate on June 30, 2028, with an option to renew the contract for one (1) additional two (2) year term. The objective of the Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Inspection Services request for proposals is to retain a Consultant with the necessary certifications to provide all services, labor, and materials necessary to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and program requirements for Lead-Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos inspection, testing, and reporting regulations.
