2025-26 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Kuehner Drive (118 Freeway to Smith Road) As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, FY 2025-26 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Kuehner Drive (118 Freeway to Smith Road), CP60000018 (Project) which include, but are not limited to: 1) 182,477 S.F. of coldmilling; 2) 3,000 tons of asphalt rubberized hot mix; 3) 23,762 S.Y. of slurry seal; 4) 23,762 S.Y. of crack treatment; 5) various concrete repair and improvements; 6) various utility adjustments; 7) Tree evaluation report, and various root pruning and tree removals; 8) traffic signing and pavement delineation; and 9) all appurtenant work. The expected completion time of the Project is within 40 consecutive working days when the City issues a Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will fully complete the Work within 40 consecutive working days (the "Contract Time.")
