Oswego County requires the successful contracting firm to furnish all labor and equipment as it pertains to the partial removal and replacement of the existing concrete dump floor, and repair of the existing Loader Chase wall at the Oswego County Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) located at 2801 State Route 481, Fulton, NY 13069. Work will be performed during a scheduled facility shutdown. In addition, the scope of this project will include, but is not limited to the following. o Removal of existing 18"x18"x18" sand trap/floor drain located at the dump floor level, and a 8" diameter PVC drain pipe running between the sand trap/floor drain and the loader chase wall. o Replacement of the existing 18"x18"x18" sand trap/floor drain, and 8" diameter PVC drain pipe with a Contractor provided and installed 1,500-gallon precast concrete holding tank, inlet grates/frames, and 8" diameter schedule 80 PVC drain pipe running between the holding tank and the loader chase wall. o Partial removal and replacement of existing concrete push walls along west edge of Dump Floor at the separation between dump floor level and the lower ash floor level. o Surface preparation and painting of steel floor framing supporting the replaced elevated Dump Floor located over the Loader Chase. 2.1.2 The Contractor is expected to begin work August 4, 2025 and be substantially completed in accordance with the Contract Documents by October 3, 2025.
