Fulton City School District 2023 Capital Project Ph 3 - Plumbing Construction Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. ** doc info : Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Contact Plan & Print for shipping and handling costs. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued. Upon returning sets promptly and in re-usable condition to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder will be refunded his or her deposit in full. A. The Plumbing Work Contractor (PC-3) is responsible for all Plumbing related work. B. The PC-3 will provide the following required submittals three weeks after signed Letter of Intent and/or Contract. 1. 220580 - Plumbing Pumps 2. 220901 - Electric Wiring for Plumbing Systems 3. 221301 - Facility Waste Water Systems C. Provide all labor, material, services, supervision, engineering, equipment, scaffolding, layout deliveries, trucking, hoisting, rigging, shop drawings, submittals and all other items related and required to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable codes having jurisdiction D. The contractor represents they have expertise in the performance of work for these trades and assures all systems will be complete, fully functional, and installed in accordance with the best practices consistent with premium quality material and workmanship. E. The equipment layout in each of the mechanical rooms may need to be altered in order to accommodate the schedule. Reasons to make such revisions may include the availability of the systems to be taken 'offline' and to limit the downtime of any particular system. If the CM/Engineer determines it is beneficial to the project to revise the proposed equipment layout and utilize alternate available space within a Mechanical Room, the contractors will be required to proceed with no additional costs to the Owner. The contractor are to coordinate with and provide boiler room layout drawings & schedule to the CM/Engineer for approvals prior to the start of work. F. Provide complete the work of Division 01 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS unless stated otherwise. The listing of drawings and specifications is intended as a guide and does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of reviewing all drawings and specifications for bidding and coordinating with other contractors during construction. G. Provide complete the work shown on the following drawings: 1. ALL PLUMBING DISCIPLINE DRAWINGS 2. ALL LANDSCAPE DISCIPLINE DRAWINGS as it relates to the (PC-3) Contract. H. Provide the work of DIVISION 2 - EXISITING CONDITIONS as it relates to the PLUMBING (PC-3) Contract. I. Provide the work of DIVISION 7 - THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION J. Provide the work of DIVISION 22 - PLUMBING K. Provide the work of DIVISION 26 - ELECTRICAL as it relates to PLUMBING (PC-3) Contract L. DIVISION 31 - EARTHWORK, SECTION 31 2300 - EXCAVATION, BACKFILLING AND COMPACTING 1. All exterior building excavations to be provided by SC-3 outside of 5' from the building footprint M. Refer to all drawings and specifications for work related to the (PC-3) Contract. N. Remove and replace all ceiling systems, as required to complete the Plumbing work. O. Plumbing (PC-3) Contractor will provide all concrete pads as shown or as required for Plumbing Equipment. P. Plumbing Contractor (PC-3) shall provide all required gas regulators for HVAC equipment (PC-3) must coordinate with respective trade on size and quantity.
