The City of Fulton (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors ("Contractor(s)") to provide design and installation services for Historic Markers and Signage at (8) eight sites within the DRI boundary in Fulton, NY. The site locations are identified and attached (Appendix A). This project will be completed with funding provided by the DRI. All work for this project will be completed in accordance with the NYSDOS regulations, guidelines, and plan approvals. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Contract term: 75 days Deadline for questions 4:00 p.m. August 15, 2025 Questions and the responding answers will be sent via e-mail to all Respondents who have provided an e- mail address to the Contact Provide a detailed cost proposal to include: 1. (3) custom fabricated signs as detailed on drawing A-102 2. (5) custom fabricated signs as detailed on drawing A-104 3. (8) concrete foundations w/rebar cages (with testing reports per NYSDOT standards). 4. Shop drawings signed and sealed by a professional engineer. 5. City of Fulton and NYSDOT permits, as required by location. 6. Sign fabrication, delivery and installation. 7. Site preparation to include utility mark out and coordination, staging area fencing, recyclable and waste collection and disposal, traffic control /barriers /cones. 8. All tools and equipment necessary for the fabrication, transportation and installation of each sign and the preparation and restoration of each site location. 9. Storage of signage, materials and equipment for the duration of the project. 10. Project management services to include weekly progress reports on project activities, site meetings with designated city staff, certified payroll reports including required PLA documentation, documentation of workforce OSHA certification, and MWBE utilization. 11. As-built drawings for any site work modifications. 12. Site restoration at the completion of each installation, inclusive of restoration materials. 13. Total project duration not to exceed 75 days from notice to proceed. This project will be completed with funding provided by the DRI.
