Village of Oxford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Oxford Lake Drive Resurfacing Project. The Project includes the following Work: Pavement reconstruction of 0.28 miles on Oxford Lake Drive, including pavement removal, HMA resurfacing, curb and gutter replacement, drainage structure adjustments, and ADA ramp installations. Also includes removal and replacement of HMA on short segments of Woodleigh Way. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 3,670 Syd HMA Pavement Removal 170 Ton Aggregate Base 1,030 Ton HMA, 4EL & 5EL 275 Lft Concrete Curb and Gutter Replacement 1,120 Sft Concrete Sidewalk & Sidewalk Ramp. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Oxford Lake Drive Resurfacing Project, 2500280. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project requires Owner's and Contractor's Protective (OCP) Liability Insurance in addition to general liability. All successful bidders must comply with the insurance requirements set forth in Article SC-6.03 of Section C-800.
