Burdick St. Oxford, MI 48371 Friable materials identified: Pipe Wrap on all 2" to 4" round plumbing fittings throughout basement tested at 4.75% Chrysotile Asbestos-55 fittings in poor to fair condition. Pipe Wrap on all 2" to 4" round plumbing fittings in adjacent furnace room adjoining 18 and 20 W. Burdick Street. This location and fitting count is not listed in the 2023 building survey. There are approximately 8 small fittings. Category I non-friable materials were identified or assumed as ACM. 9" x 9" floor tiles located under the existing commercial carpet in Office III, VI, V and the (North) General Office Area tested at 2.5% Chrysotile Asbestos-998 SF of surface area in poor to fair condition. Vinyl sheet flooring near wet bar in (North) General Office Area tested at 20% Chrysotile Asbestos-<100 SF of surface area in fair condition. Vinyl cladding on staircase to basement tested at 1.75% Chrysotile Asbestos-<100 SF of surface area in good condition. Work must be completed by March 27, 2025.
