One 8,600 gallon Hydropneumatic Tank: Exterior and piping surface preparation and coating. Wet interior surface preparation and coating. Concrete saddles surface preparation and coating. Manway gasket replacement. Second manway installation. Piping nuts and bolts replacement. Two 17,039 gallon Pressure Filter Vessels: Exterior and piping surface preparation and coating. Wet interior surface preparation and coating. Filter Media Replacement. Manway gasket replacement. Piping nuts and bolts replacement. A. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, subject to the final approval by the Owner. The Contract will be awarded subject to receipt of funds to finance the project and acquisition of easements, during which time the Bids of the lowest three responsive, responsible Bidders will be held. B. The party to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to execute the Agreement and obtain the Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond and shall provide proofs of insurance coverage in accordance with the Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days of the delivery date of the Notice of Award to the successful Bidder. The necessary Agreement and Bond forms shall accompany the Notice of Award. If the Contractor awarded the project fails to execute the Agreement, submit the Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond and provide proof of insurance coverage in accordance with the Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days of the delivery date of the Notice of Award, Owner may declare the Contractor in default, in which case the Bid Bond accompanying the Bid will be forfeited to Owner. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, or CONCERNS of any Bidder regarding the Bidding Documents or the project, must be submitted in writing via the Online by the following date and time. No questions received after this time will be given consideration. Questions will be reviewed, and formal responses will be disseminated via addenda on online.. A certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required for each proposal. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal and to waive irregularities in the proposals.
