Renovation of a detention facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for removal and replacement of the Building G water heater at FortDodge Correctional Facility, FortDodge, Iowa 50501. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on October 7th, 2025, and end on December 16th, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
