The selected individual or firm will: o Manage all grant projects and funding proposals assigned by the Mayor or City Departments o Coordinate with department heads, grant coordinators across departments, and federal and state agencies. o Develop and maintain a centralized grant and project management system providing oversight of the implementation and execution of each grant. o Supervise grant compliance, reporting, and performance tracking. o Support fund development efforts and ensure all project and grant requirements are met. o Cultivate partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies. o Provide regular updates to the Senior Advisor of the Mayor and The Mayor Contract Term: Initial term of two (2) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, subject to funding and city discretion.
