The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) will establish a term contract with one (1) qualified vendor to provide janitorial cleaning services at its Danville office which is located at 3280 Riverside Drive, Suite 280, Danville, VA 24541. We are seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services two (2) days a week, specifically on a recurring schedule of Monday and Thursday, after 5pm EST. The office building has approximately one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet. The cited square footage includes 6 offices, 1 reception area including 3 workspaces, 1 meeting space, hallway, small lobby, 2 restrooms and 1 kitchenette. The initial period of the contract will commence at date of award for a one (1) year period, with four (4) optional 1 year renewal periods. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via email only to Iris Dean, iris.dean@dars.virginia.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday 6/10/25.
