This project entails the design and installation of an irrigation system for native restoration plantings on approximately 28 of 41 acres along the Colorado River, to be built in accordance with a previously designed set of landscape plans (Sheets 9-27 of the overall design drawing package) and associated technical specifications. The site includes a naturalized river channel, riparian area, and upland habitat. The predominantly drip irrigation system will focus on upland plantings. Additionally, a smaller area for sprinkler irrigated turf is also included in the landscape design. A landscape plan set and technical specifications will be emailed to any interested irrigation design firm upon request. Strict adherence to the supplied plans and specifications will be required and modifications will not be allowed during the construction phase. Questions must be received by 11:00 AM AZ time on 7/11/2025 so that a response may be issued as an addendum to the RFP. This RFP does not commit Cocopah to award a contract, to defray any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this request, or to procure or contract for services. Cocopah reserves the right to extend the date by which the submittals are due. Cocopah reserves the right to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this RFP including but not limited to: selection schedule, submittal date, and submittal requirements. If Cocopah cancels or revises the RFP all known potential respondents of record will be notified. All submittals become the property of Cocopah. Except for the name of firms on the final list, no information contained in a Request for Proposals shall be made public until after award and execution of a contract with a Construction firm. Cocopah reserves the right to request additional information and/or clarifications from any or all respondents to this RFP.
