This project entails site preparation, grading and construction of civil structures to restore 41 acres of habitat along the Colorado River, to be built in accordance with a previously designed set of engineered plans (Sheets 3-8 of the overall design drawing package) and associated technical specifications. An engineered plan set and technical specifications will be emailed to any interested irrigation design firm upon request. Strict adherence to the supplied plans and specifications will be required and modifications will not be allowed during the construction phase. Construction phase services may include: Site preparation, grading and construction of civil structures to restore 41 acres of habitat along the Colorado River Coordinate with Cocopah Tribe and stakeholders throughout the construction period Arrange for procurement of material and equipment Schedule and manage site operations Provide quality control Bond and insurance for construction Meet all federal, state, and local requirements Maintain a safe work site Operate in a timely and efficient manner Questions must be received by 11:00 AM AZ time on 7/11/2025 so that a response may be issued as an addendum to the RFP. This RFP does not commit Cocopah to award a contract, to defray any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this request, or to procure or contract for services.
