As of September 30, 2025, the previous RFP listed below has been awarded to a developer. Infromation regarding a firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. __________________________________________________________________ The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from qualified applicants to develop and operate aeronautical facilities on an undeveloped parcel of land at the Bentonville Municipal Airport for the City of Bentonville. The awarded Proposer will be required to execute an appropriate agreement to lease and develop the parcel, with a term and cost to be agreed upon with the City and commensurate with the proposed level of investment in the parcel and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities. Question Deadline 06/26/2025 at 4:30 PM CT The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
