Rehabilitation of Foothill No. 1 and 2 Tanks project which consists of recoating and repairing damaged sections of the steel water tanks . The project consists of construction activities for rehabilitation of the existing Foothill Tanks, including removal of existing coatings, repair of deteriorated and damaged sections of steel shell, roof, rafters, ladders, columns, vents, and drains as well as recoating tanks and appurtenances, and necessary safety repairs and modifications for roof access and appurtenant work as shown on the project plans (Drawing No. 2025-D-003) and in accordance with the project specifications. The Engineer's Estimate of cost to rehabilitate both tanks is $1,870,300
