Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sturgis, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Site renovations to include the construction of a new drop-off/pick-up loop and parking at the west side of the site, renovations to existing parking lot and drives at the east and south areas of the existing site. Installation and replacement of site lighting. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a surety bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract amount will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in his judgement, serve his best interests.
